How do I create a Property Meld user account?
To create a Property Meld user account, provide us with your email address and we will send you a registration invite. Accept the invitation, filling in your information to complete the registration process to log in. You can update your account and user profile on the account settings page upon your account creation. -
What is standard procedure upon receiving a meld?
Once a meld has been assigned to you, you will receive a notification via email. You must accept the meld and schedule the work. Please note that the work should be completed within 24 hours. If unable to schedule the work with a resident, you may gain access to the unit anytime after 12 hours from the time the meld was assigned to you. You will receive a message through Meld Chat with detailed options.
