Most applications are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours. Once approved, most residents can move in within one to two weeks, depending on the home's availability date.

Most approved applicants can move in within one to two weeks of approval. The exact timeline depends on the home's availability date — some listings have future move-in dates — and how quickly you complete the lease signing and security deposit.
A security deposit (typically one month's rent), first month's rent, a signed lease, and proof of renters insurance. Keys and access devices are transferred on or before your lease start date.
Most PAM-managed homes allow pets with prior approval; acceptance varies by property based on owner preferences and any HOA restrictions, and the listing notes whether pets are accepted. The pet fee is $50 per pet per month. Service animals and emotional support animals are evaluated under Fair Housing Act guidelines, separate from pet policies.
