Resident Placement

Your first month’s rent is all that’s charged for us to find you a quality resident and achieve top market rent rates. In addition, our Milwaukee property management services also include:

  • Advertising your property to 30+ online resources
  • Showing your property to pre-qualified prospects
  • Resident screening with income, credit, and background checks
  • Use of our proven, expert lease agreement
  • Guaranteed resident for the term of their leas

Management

Once the resident moves in, we simply charge 10% of the monthly rent to manage everything associated with the property, including:

  • Collecting rent
  • Handling all resident communication
  • Enforcing the lease
  • Ensuring compliance with association rules and local laws
  • Performing income/expense financial reporting via your online portal
  • Issuing direct deposit payments monthly
  • Performing 3 interior and exterior inspections per year
  • Performing thorough move-in and move-out walkthroughs

Maintenance

Additionally we work side by side with skilled contractors and vendors throughout Milwaukee. Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies 24/7.

Through our long-term relationships, we are able to pass on maintenance costs less than the going market rate.

As a tenant renting through this company, it has been great. The landlord is very helpful, he replies to emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. He also has been very helpful with any issues that happen in the house like work orders etc. The house we are renting is also in a very nice area and the rent is very reasonable.
